This site is a big mess with lip service, instead of customer service. Be very very careful! They don't explain everything up front, and will use that to their advantage later. First, there is a $50.00 payout fee no matter how much money you have in the account. You pay this for them to send you a check or echeck, and this is the only way to get your money. I still have a good amount of money left in my account, and wanted to request a payout to get it. I first found out about these fees then and was upset. I fought until I just gave in and said "fine, send it out" At this point they denied my request due to improper paperwork!? What paperwork!!!? They sent me this exact email:

" I'm afraid that your payout request has been canceled due to the fact that we are missing some paperwork required for your deposit. As a company policy and as requested by our credit card processor companies we require the following documents for our records, copies of the front and back all Credit Card used for your deposit, a valid picture ID such as a drivers license or passport and a Credit Card Verification Agreement form for each card. You can find this form at: http://www.betus.com/about-us/forms. Please get back to us with the requested documents, contact customer service an hour or so later to confirm their receipt and then re-request your payout and we will get it processed. If you have any questions or need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. Regards, The BetUS.com Team December 26, 2007 "

Their is nothing in their rules and regulations about this, and this was never disclosed when signing up. Why would they accept my deposit if this was needed? They are so full of it. Who in their right mind would give someone this kind of knowledge of yourself. If it gets into the wrong hands, then they would have everything needed to steal your identity. I just think this site should be closed down. I realize that money talks, and they prob. grease the right wheels. Seriously, I know I'm not the only one.

Don't be afraid to speak out, and let me know what I can do to help. I will be fighting this to the end, and make sure I get my money back. Contact your bank right away, and save any information that is needed to prove your funds. After I get my money back; I will post what it takes to do so. This will hopefully help others.
