Bidstick Out of stock items???? Internet, California

I won an LG 27.0 cu ft French door refrigerator back in February 2011 worth about $3200 - I also won the same day a 13.0 megapixel sony camera worth about $200.  I automatically paid for my items right after winning them - the same day.  I waited for the 6 six week as outlined by Bidstick.  I sent continuous emails to the admin at Bidstick when I finally received an answer they told me that the refrigerator that I had won and the camera were out of stock and they were sending me a different refrigerator - a side by side SS - which I already owned and a 10.0 megapixel camera which I already owned.  I replied that I already owned such items and that the reason that I bid on these items was because I did not have them and wanted them.  If It had been a SXS - I wouldn't have bid on them - the same for the camera.

I couldn't believe that Bidstick only had one supplier of these items and that why would they put something up for bid and then not have those products?  I offered to wait until they could ge them in but was given an ultimative choice to take what was offered or get a refund.  I was really upset that they would not accomodate me in finding the refrigerator that I had actually won along with the camera.  They said that it was rare that both items that I had won were out of stock!!!

I am going to write the attorney general in washington to protest this site.  I couldn't believe that a million dollar site can't provide the winning items but send seconds.
