I have visited several penny auction sites with great results until I went to Bidstick.com. I won an auction of Feb. 23, 2010 & still have not received my item! I have gone to their contact page & attempted to contact them by phone at the number provided but only get a recording that they are too busy to answer so contact them at their customer service email address. When I attempted to do that (on several occasions) my email was returned as undeliverable!

In the past six weeks I have attempted to contact them at any of the email addresses they provide still with no luck!!! Could you please assist me in contacting them? As I'm sure you can imagine it is very frustrating when you seek any avenue to contact a company that hasn't done what they are suppose to & receive no response! Any help you can provide is appreciated! Thanks
