I have purchased items from Bidz before and, yes they were inexpensive. But the latest products I ordered either broke or never worked in the first place. (specifically watches) Their policy is a 15-day return. What a joke! By the time you receive the product, open the package, and eventually wear it the 15 days has passed by. So on the 16th day if something is broken, you are basically screwed. I will never purchase the JUNK that Bidz offer again. The items I am specifically speaking of are Marco Max watches and Pamela Anderson's jewelry.

Yes, same problem

AUTHOR: Roger L - (U.S.A.)

Yes, this is exactly the same problem I had couple months ago. I called and called until they gave in. "its past our return policy" you have no idea how much that phrase was thrown around, like a broken record player. Anybody with this problem call your credit card company. They will protect you, fine BIDZ, and refund your money. Sure Bidz will discontinue your account, but so what. Visa has told me if enough complaints are made they will eventually remove BIDZ from there merchant list. Lets see any sales company succeed without being able to accept VISA.

Mayra, Lynne, Chico or the three eyed monkey responding for Bidz

PLEASE, study grammar and spelling. They are not difficult subjects. The term is "Thank you", not Thanx you, "Thanx" is not a word.

Again you give a non answer to a customer. I have my own question for you. Why is your LABBB rating an "F"?

Update category for Bidz. Should be Internet Rip-off

AUTHOR: Cynthia - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 09, 2007

It appears that Bidz does not give a *$#@* about what customers are saying about their cheap, poor quality junk they sell. Again, I remain an unhappy Bidz customer. No other web-based consumer sight has ever delivered "crap" to me as much as this. Enough said!
