Big Duck Canvas poor quality product Winder Georgia

I ordered sunforger canvas 2 years ago to make a tent. I made sure to order one that specifically said it was for tent making. Well 2 seasons of use later and it has completely changed color from mold and mildew (I got one with a finish that was supposed to resist that) and its rotting out in places with multiple holes. It looks terrible and is unusable. It started to get mildew after the first season of use and it was never that great at being water repellant. I made my previous tent with canvas from a different company and it lasted 10 years so I was expecting a lot more from this.   I contacted them about the poor quality and they finally told me after 2 months of emailing back and forth with pictures and samples of my tent that they wont do anything about it even though they initially said they would and that it should not have happened and they would fix my situation.
