Big O Tires Claims mechanical problems with car when there is none Broomfield, Colorado

Isn't it strange how EVERYTIME you go into this place, they find something wrong with your car?

EVEN if its with a brand new spanking car?

Well, last time I went in (4 days ago), I just wanted my tire pressure checked due to a blinking sign on my dashboard.

One of the children that work there (They all use high school kids with no ASE cert) proceeded to randomly let air out of the car without even checking the sticker on the door saying how much pressure needed to be in the tires.

When asked if I can have the tire pressure match the ones on the stickers, he just told me he already knew them. Right, son. If you had that good of a memory, you wouldn't have flunked out of elementary school and working for 8 dollars an hour supporting your 4 delinquent children which probably aren't even yours. 

THEN he proceeded to "reset" my tire sensors, and after a few attempts, went over to the managers, came back and told me that one of the sensors was broken and would need a new one. 

After being lied to multiple times by this shop, I decided to take my car to the dealership to get my tires rotated and pressure checked. They told me that it was NOT PRESSURIZED AS THE STICKER STATED. 

THIS IS WHAT THEY DO. LIE. They apparently fired the bald headed hack for having too many complaints, but he wasn't the problem. The problem comes from the managers. FRAUDULENT little insignificant turds. 

I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
