Big O Tires damaged my truck tire Englewood Colorado

The Big O tire store in Reno, Nevada damaged my truck tire to the point where it is useless.

Took tire in for a dismount and repair of small nail hole in tread.

When the tire was returned to me, there was a piece of the inner bead missing and above the missing bead, fresh cuts on the inner sidewall which went all the way to the ply fabric. The wheel had a freshly chipped inner rim and fresh gouge on the inner rim surface.

The store salesperson and store manager both insisted it was not their fault and it wasn't done by their equipment or personnel.

I emailed a complaint and pictures to the corporate headquarters and have been ignored.

This was a $300.00 tire which I've had to replace.
