Big O Tires Saw a woman coming and ripped her off! My daughter took two trailer tires ,already off the trailer to the Loveland Big-O Tire to have the wheels balanced. They did not quote her a price and then Loveland, Colorado

My daughter took two trailer tires (mounted tires) in for balancing.  Without quoting a price they balanced them in less than 5 minutes (it was a snow storm day) and then told her the price was $20.

This is a case of seeing a woman coming and ripping her off.  The Big-O in Fort Collins charges half that for an "off-the-street" customer and nothing if you are in their computer as a customer who bought tires from them in the past.

The manager Troy, when I called and told him that was not acceptable and told him how the Ft Collins store (which is where I had intended my daughter to go) properly treats their customers, just say "that is what we charge".  When I said I will not be doing further business with you nor recommend you to my friends, he said "10-4 good buddy" and hung up...

Well we won't be buying any more tires from the Big-O in Loveland and hope you won't either.
