This is in response to your supposed "big sale" that you had over the weekend of Nov. 4th-6th, 2011.
You advertised your tires as "Buy any 2 tires and get 2 free!" Yet, when I called to ask about this sale, you then told me that the specific tire I wanted was:
1. Not in stock and never sold there
2. Not included in the deal (and)
3. A low-quality tire, anyway.
Now, the deal was that you could buy ANY 2 tires and get ANY 2 free. I don't appreciate the deception. Furthermore, I didn't need your input on the quality of tire that I was interested in; I will buy what I want and what I am interested in. The sale advertised that you could purchase any 2 and get any 2 tires free. Therefore, I should be able to choose WHAT quality of tires I want and they should be in stock and included in said deal.
The store I am referring to was store #4189, located in Peoria, AZ. The idiot man I spoke to on the phone never gave me his name, unfortunately. I called on Friday, Nov. 4th at around 2pm.
After telling me that the tires that I wanted were not in stock and never sold there, which were tire model:
Falken: S/TZ04Part # /
Size:
P215/70R16 Price per tire: $99.99
You then quoted me for another, more expensive tire, which came to a total of over $600. This was the "sale" price for the buy 2 get 2. You must be out of your tree if you think I am going to pay $600 for tires.
Your whole sale was a stupid scam and I am forever turned off by Big O and will never shop there for a d**n thing, even so much as a pine tree air freshener.

Awhile back, my 84 year old father went in because his door widow was not operating. They charged him over $500.00 to fix the window regulator. I saw the invoice, he was charged for parts that didnt even exist! At this same location, clearly taking advantage of people, espesially elders!

You must either thrive on conflict or have a VERY thick skull. Sounds like you went in with a chip on your shoulder.
There is NO Ripoff and NO scam....you are a certified idiot.
People like you, and there are more like you all the time, make me glad I am retired and don't have to deal with you anymore.
I'd bet this isn't the first time you've felt ripped off because you can't comprehend the advertising.
Get back into your Mom's basement and turn out the light.

Did the company claim to have the type of tire you wanted in any advertising? Not every tire shop sells every brand of tires. Its only bait and switch if they actually did carry your tires but tried to switch you to a higher priced one. If they never have and will not stock a brand of tire, that's completely different. Did they advertise your particular brand of tire?
This would be like subway offering any footlong for 5$ and you getting mad because they don't carry quiznos toasted subs.
