Big Red Sports & Imports Deceptive trade practices puts it mildly! Norman Oklahoma

We were looking for a new car for our daughter. While shopping first for the best interest rate, a pop up came on asking what kind of car we were looking for. We completed the form and were soon contacted. Jeron Pruitt. We told him what we wanted and what options we wanted. He gave us a price of $16,295, "plus additional incentives" and he would pay the TTL. He said he had the vehicle on the lot. We asked him to be absolutely sure because we were going to have to drive 3hrs to get there. He assured us that the car was there and he was holding it for us. When we got there, there was no car and in fact the car was not even available configured like we asked. Nothing for the price we were promised. When we confronted him about it he would only say "Sorry".

In retrospect, we should have checked out the dealership prior to making a 3 hour drive. We have found numerous postings on what a terrible dealership tyhey are. Apparently this id standard operating procedure for Big Red Sports and Imports.

We have  filed a complaint with the BBB, Kia and plan to contact the OK AG office. Kia has already contacted me and oipened a case about this.
