Don't get me wrong its a real company but they waste your time and get you excited about a "MGR" position that don't even exist. Don't apply or go to the interview with them. I'll tell you the whole story about these assholes. This company is called BIG SCHOTT MANAGEMENT please take the time to google it and we will see all the complains about this company it was even on the news about there scamming.

In the interview they tell you that your going to be training to be a manger for 6 six weeks and all the good stuff you want to hear. When I applied I got a call back the next day, I didnt think it was odd I just thought they really needed people so the girl at desk called me and give me a interview and she basically pressure for me to come down the very same day after I told her can't make it because of the short notice and my day was already planned out. So I took the chance to go to see what it was about. The girl on the phone didn't even tell me what the company was about or anything just to come down and soon as possible. I really didnt pay any mind to her, I just thought she was a stupid young girl that wasnt doing her job right.

When I pulled up the the office a hour later (4617 Sanford Street Metairie, LA 70006 is the address) I couldnt believe where it was. ABOVE A FREAKING BAR ANF GRILL I was like "Are you kidding me". After that I was going to pull off and just forget about it but instead of sticking to my gut I went it anyways to see what it was about. Remember the saying "never judge a book by its cover" thats what I been told all my life, I will rarely take that saying again. I walked in and I see a small setting area and the girl that called me behide the desk and as I guessed she was young. There were loud loud music playing and another girl waiting. The girl that was at the desk gave me a application to fill out and she said once im done he will call us back. Then I thought to myself "us?" go figure it was a group interview.

The guy Alexis Hernandez which is kinda cute in a way ask me and the other girl the same questions. I seem kinda excited about the questions because it really didnt seem like interview job questions, more like getting to know you questions such as hobbies, school, friends etc. I answered all my questions like I would be talking to a friend the girl on the other hand didnt seem to be into it with her short answers. He told us about a little about the company and told us it wasnt cold calling or door to door sells. He nicely ask the other girl to leave and to give him a call back to see if she made it to the second interview. Really nice way of telling someone they didnt get the job. I stayed in and he told me how much he liked my answers and I seem like the right person and to come in for a second interview. He told me to bring a pen and notebook because I would be taking notes and the second interview could last 2 hours. I said okay. Laughed with him some more and left.

As I was leaving I thought maybe just job is legit and to stop second guessing myself. It bothered me all day that I decided to go online and look the company up. Come to find out there's alot of complains about this company and these assholes want you to go on the street to sell perfume!! and that you had to sell it with no product in hand. The next morning he called to comfirmed my interview and i said f*** you! I'm so glad I did my homework before I went. One girl even quit her job because she thought this was legit and a very good start.

This happened to me last year around December, at first I was just going to let it go but get so tired seeing there posts and i want to warn other people about them. Don't trust this company, safe your time and gas unless you like to stand in the street selling stuff!!
