Extremely high prices for products. 2 TO 3 X HIGHER.  They try to convince you that their products ares better and their's are not.  Low quality.

Sales Person: Dan Carson will stalk you on the phone even when you tell him to stop the calls.  

When you stop ordering from him he will robodial you and when he gets you on the phone, he will curse you, he will curse your mother, wife, daughters with vulgarities that cannot be mentioned in this document.

Dan  Carson will also threaten you, and he will tell you that you don't know who you are dealing with.

I have never been subject to such an avalanche of obscentities and threats in my life.


When I reported him to Big State, they told me he works for:  Tool Spot LLC, Phone no.: 602-714-5134 in Phoenix Arizona.  This phone no. never answers.

I am sorry you will not allow us the opportunity to help. If this Dan Carlson is representing himself as a Big State Industrial Supply employee, he is misrepresenting himself and that is something I will discuss with his supervisor. However, as far as your request for him being fired, I have no control over that due to the fact that he is not employed by us.

As far as your wishes to not have the opportunity to do anything else for you, I will respect that as such. I apologize for your dissatisfaction, and I hope to better serve you in the future.

You did not mention that when Dan Carson called (telemarkets for you), he clearly states that he represents Big State Industrial Supply, and he does his best to fast hustle sales for Big State which no one called your company for.

Again, I reiterate, I have gotten much better deals locally, and on the internet, regardless of shipping costs.

We are not going to waste any time on dwelling on past orders.  What is done is done.

We are simply warning consumers of your sales practices, however you choose to do them, with whoever you chose to have do them for you.

The only thing that will make a difference is to read that Dan Carson has been fired for cause.

I see two main issues here in your complaint I would like to address.

First and foremost, is the complaint regarding your salesman Dan Carson. He is not an employee of ours. As you stated, he works for a company that submitted your order to us on your behalf. If you would contact our customer service dept we would be more than happy to forward the information on his behavior towards you to his supervisor, however, I do not have all of the information I would need to locate your order and file the appropriate paperwork.

I understand your frustration, however, this gentleman is not an employee of ours and we are not responsible for his actions. Please call us as soon as possible so we may be of service to you on this issue in any way possible.

Secondly, I hear you stating that our products are low quality and are priced high. I am sorry you feel this way, however I can assure you that we have over 20 years in this business and we firmly stand behind the quality of our merchandise. We do not manufacture any of the products we sell ourselves, however, we do sell quality products that we are proud to distribute. The majority of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. I am sorry to hear you are not one of them.

As far as our pricing, we mark our product up competitively, as well as factor in our free shipping and interest free billing terms. All those considered, we are competitive in our industry.

Again, without knowing the specifics of your order, I don't know if you qualify for a return, or if your account would qualify for any discount, but if I could get you to call in I would be more than happy to look into every avenue possible to effectively resolve your issue with the price you paid for the quality of the product you received.
