This company misrepresent products sold. They will not pay for shipping returned goods. In addition there harassing phone calls from their collection department. For example, in 1 hour there were 18 calls made to my business line from these people. This was an interruption of my business. When calling there is name calling, threatening and unncessary comments and remarks, threatening letters. I have filed a report of this company to the Attorney General's Office in CA, local BBB in their county, FCC, and local police department.


Do not do business with this company. Do not let them bully you to buy their poor quality products. Hang up and report them.


If there is any knowledge of class action suit against this company, I am willing to join the suit.

 i worked for big state for over a year,,,, at first you dont know you are selling crap,,,,after a few weeks you realise your drill bits are not minnesota twist,,, and your goodyear rubber straps are just a low quality import strap,,, your flex fit safety glasses you sell for $10 per pair are really dollar store safety glasses,,,, hard and not comfortable,,,,the big bosses tell you if to call public works and pitch with overcharges,,, that means instead of selling $1 safety glasses for $10,,, sell them for $17

(pork barrell spending) my boss had his own rubber stamp that said do not resale problem account,,,,he used it to stamp a few of mine and my co workers orders,,,,, after i refunded a few comissions on orders i never got paid on,,, i cought on to this,,,,,and they sell your name to everyone,, thats right your on a hot list,,, the junk mail seems to never stop,,,,EVERY DAY YOU ARE REMINDED THAT IF YOU QUIT THEY WILL CHALLANGE YOUR UNEMPLOYMENT!!!!! thier are 3 companys that do this all in california,,,, BIG STATE IS THE WORST of all of them,,,,,,,,,,,
