Bigdeal.com Auction bidding money disappeared in the amount of approx $21.75. Sacramento, California

I was smart and bought only $60.00 worth of tokens.  Never won anyting when I bid.  I notice that items were were won for pennies but when I bid it never happened there is always several bidders who do not know prices of items which seem odd.  I feel that it is rigged with what you calll automatic bidders for the company.  They new nothing of the market pricess and just kept on bidding.  I requested a refund and Loyalty Bucks for $60 but got only $38.25 to spen in Loyalty Bucks.  My request for the additional $21.75 in Loyalty bucks is ignored.

The money you spend on bidding tokes take it and go to an auction site like Ebay.  If not you will spend so much in bidding bucks you will realize you coould have bought the same item for less that what you paid in the auction.  Trust me in what I am telling you.
