bigpoint Bigpoint asks money for service which is not delivered berlin, germany Internet

I play the game damoria since several years.

Last year the game was sold by bigpoint to bit me up.

In november 2014 they transfered the game from the servers from bigpoint to bitmeup.

Since december I am not able to login on the old servers with me old account

At the end of december i got an e-mail from damoria which took 30 eur from my VISA account for an automatisch prolongation of a service on my old account which did not exist anymore.

I asked VISA to cancel the amount, which happend mid january.

Since that date I get reminders from bigpoint to pay them.

I am not able to us the service because it is on my old account

I reply to an e-mail adres which links towards a support center.

The support center does not want to help me.

In the reminder e-mail there is no information how I can pay when it is not possible anymore to login to there system.

I can not contact bigpoint to ask for a bank account because support center does not help me.

I think that these are no illegal practices, but do not know what to do about because I have no coordinates (no working e-mail, no phone number, ...)
