I have been playing an online game for 8 months and have paid a couple of hundred british pounds into the game.


The coding on the game keeps coming up with errors, for instance; I was suspended for none payment when the fault was with them. Then they tell me that I wasn't suspended as it doesn't show in the coding.


Their coding is so bad that they have now accused me of being a cheat in the game, and have taken away things that have cost me a very lot of money and hard work in the game to earn.


Their so-called "support team" just email me and call me a cheat time and time again.


This is the worst company I have ever come across, they never listen to anything their customers have to say and told me that whether I was cheating or it looks as though I was cheating because of some mistake, they don't care and I should have reported a bug, a bug I don't even know about.


They have more complaints than any other site I have ever seen, and they just ignore the people or abuse them by calling them liars etc.

I filed a separate report as my details are a bit different but the way this company does business is criminal and fraudulent.  My account attached to one transaction for my child was drained of over $500 and bigpoint won't respond to my requests to resolve this and get to the bottom of the fraudulent transactions.  I had my child go in the game to see what he could find out and they told him that if he filed a complaint his account would be banned.  After many expensive attempts at calling their only number in Germany and emailing support with no luck or response, I posted a request on Facebook for them to contact me and they kept deleting my posts.  This is one big scumbag company.  I am complaining to the FBI and AG in CA next.  I have given them a reasonable amount of time to respond and it was clear that someone was monitoriing their facebook page - why didn't they have someone call me then?  Clearly this company is doing criminal fraudlent acts and nothing has been done to stop them.  Well they picked on the wrong person.  Good luck, I hated to tell my child that he could no longer play their games but with everything I have read about them there are several layers of bad juju going on with Bigpoint, even beyond them stealing my money out of my account.

Conned again!

This is the biggest con site I have ever come across, that is exactly why I for one will never spend another penny on it.
I have been conned and cheated, called a liar and a cheat by the support team that doesn't support anyone other than bigpoint itself.
We, the players have no say at all, we aren't even allowed to defend ourselves against false accusations.
The coding in the games keeps coming up with errors that cost the players money.
I purchased virtual items that were never delivered and was then called a liar by the support team.
I have posted on the net before about this very bad company, bad coders, bad support team, bad, bad, bad everything.
it never ends.

"We have already replied to you in this matter. As you have probably already
found out all punishments have been been reversed.
The Punishment for all real bug users will be handed out hopefully by end of
the week or next week."

No, this is the first email I received informing me of this.

As I said, I didn't cheat.

What I would like to say is; It's strange how they are quick to punish people and expect gratitude for returning what is rightfully theirs.
They don't give people a percentage for the ranking they have lost during this time but, are quick to take it away.
Also, they never reward people compensation for their mistakes but, take honestly earned game play away.

Bigpoint bosses not interested

Bigpoint bosses are not interested in the way their so-called support team treat the paying customers. Any letter I write to the top is shoved back down to the so-called support team. Here are a few snippets of the emails I have received.

"We received your letter, we have no more to say, talk to a lawyer, your
insults are not welcomed." I did insult after they treated me like dirt in about 20 emails.

"You deliberately abused a bug in the game for personal gain, by rights and by
the Terms and Conditions we are allowed to terminate your account:" I never did cheat and am willing to undergo a polygraph test, are they? I doubt it. And the bug is theirs, their cause.

"The User violates the prohibition of exploiting programming errors (bugs) (see
sec. 1.2)" They know that Bigpoint is full of bad coding, so the bad coding will be put upon the paying customers, whether they knew about an error or not.

Talking about insults, look at this threat and accusation. "We have caught <you cheating, you are lucky to be playing at all, next time
will be worse so I suggest you start following the rules."

"The script was done yesterday, checking all values on the Database, you were
caught, there is no doubt about it, we already announced that we will be
controlling the bug and bot using. Nobody is ever guilty even though the
numbers on the DB are clear." They never tell us exactly how we are supposed to have manipulated their errors, the reason being because they have no way to explain it.

"The numbers are all taking doing a complete sweep of the database, Im sorry
but this is clear to us and it is included in the T&Cs of the game. On purpose
or not, this is forbidden." Notice the part that says "On purpose or not" As I said, they don't care what we have to say, and they don't care whether we are innocent or not. This part will destroy them.

"This is not a debate, you want us to take further disciplinary action? There
are no errors!!!" There are no errors? Yet, it was a coding error that caused it all. There are no errors when they want to blame us because they don't want the media etc to know how bad bogpoint really is. I will see to it that this is not hidden anymore.

Do you now see how bad bigpoint really is and how disgusting their so-called support team are? I think you do.

It doesn't matter what the customers say, they just won't listen. As far as they are concerned, there are no errors, yet, it was an error that caused all the problems in the first place.

"This is not a debate, you want us to take further disciplinary action? There are no errors!!!"

They are pathetic.

I'm not getting anywhere by talking to the so-called "Support Team", they seem to enjoy to belittle paying customers at will. I have written to the people at the top, let's see where that gets me. I will keep you informed.
