bill brown ford service ripoff livionia, Michigan

I took my car to Bill Brown Ford for repair of the remote starter that they installed when i bought the car. The first way they ripped me off was telling me that if i wanted to get a remote starter on the car i had to get it though the deal because if i didnt and anything went wrong with it the warranty would be void. they said the after market deals could fry out my electrical system. this is not true and it is funny because after many trips back to them to fix the remote starter they sent me to a auto one to get it fixed because they are the company that puts the starters in for bill brown ford. could have saved alot of money by going to them in the first place.
dealing with anyone in the service department is a nightmare .they dont seem like they care or dont seem like they no to much about cars. after the 4th time i took the car back for the remote starter one of the employees in the service department told me that they used to put in remote starts themself but the guy that did it was a "Idiot" and that they fired him so now they use Auto One.
this mybe the #1 ford deal around but it wouldnt be for long with customer service like they have.
 
there service manager John houle is one of the rudest people i have ever dealt with. after letting ford motor company no everything that had happen to me over the 2 yrs that i had owned the car the next time i had to bring the back john was waiting for me and i had to talk to him before my car could get worked on even though it was still under warranty. i thought i was going to get a apology but that was not the case. john basically told me off. he told me that if i had a problem with the service department that i should have called him not ford. he then told me that once the warranty was over to take my car somewhere else. he yelled at me like i was a dog and when he was done he told me to go see someone else to get my car in. the only reason why he wanted to talk to me was to tell me off.
Bill Brown Ford will never get another dime from me. i would by a chevy before i want back to them and i have worked for ford for 11 yrs now and my father worked for 39 yrs. do yourself a favor and go to another dealer.
