this all started september 29 2006,i went in to trade in my 2006 chevy cobalt,they sent me home after sighning no paperwork,switched my tag to my new car,with no temp regisstration or nothin,then called me in a week later and said they had the deal finalised through capitol one auto finance,capitol ones name being on the finance paer work and all,
then two days ago they call me and tell me to bring the casr back because it couldnt be finance,they sold my trade then got it back,and now it has two tnousand more miles than when i traded it in,istill have there car and i am still fighting them,
if anyone has bought a black cobalt from them in the last couple 0of weeks and reads this,please email me or give me a call,(((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) 1-386-(((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))),i will make it worth your while,
please nobody deal with these people,i will be at the 7 11 on the corner all weekend,with yellow balloons all over the cobalt,with bill heard lemon on the windshield

Well suprisingly i have heard this comment from many people. I have worked in the dealership business for ever and have friends who have worked for bill heard who i have heard from that they actually had to hire security, b/c things got so bad, but that is neither here nor there. Ok, what i was going to say is when things like this happen it is because the purchaser of the vehicle was pressured into things. That is why it is usually custom where looking for a vehicle you try to find one that you are interested in. You talk to someone about it, and you run the numbers.
DO NOT PURCHASE THE SAME DAY!!! After you have came to a mutual agreement you DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!!! Ask for copies of everything that they have presented for you on that specific vehicle. Go home and read every THING!!!! ASK FOR THE BANKS LOAN APPROVAL LETTER!!!!!!
Come back the next day if everything pans out in the paperwork. If it doesnt go somewhere else!! YOU ARE NEVER OBLIGATED TO ANY DEALER UNTIL YOU SIGN!!! There are good and honest dealers out there so dont get turned off by one bad experience. LASTLY CALL GM!!!
