Bill Me Later Continually harassing phone calls night and day Amherst New York

Bill me later is a scam above all else. I ordered a bottle of perfume from Cathy Cooper a/k/a SuperCoop online. I sent her a check for 40 dollars which she did cash. Bill Me Later also paid her. Since I emailed her to let her know she (1) needs to refund my money or (2) she needs to pay Bill Me Later. She didnt do nothing but ignore me. I paid Bill Me Later 40 dollars so they will shut up. Now they calling and want 281 more dollars for a 40 dollar bottle of perfume. Fat chance. They are sick and sad both at the same time. What people do for money. I bet its bad at home too. I am gonna say this one time get a life and go to hell or I will make you hate me!!! Dont yall never deal with the one that calls herself SuperCoop. She is a liar and a cheat.
