The will no honor waranty.

It states in their literature "After 6 months, any consumer returning a defectivefor exchange or repairwill receive a refurbished unit in exchange.

The new unit that I bought never worked and when I returned it they said that I had never bought one from them but they sent me a smaller unit in exchange. (The invoice that came with the new one that I ordered had at the top Affordable Heat and under that www.edenPurestore.com Yet they said they didn't know where I had bought it.)

I called them about the new smaller heater and they said if I would return it that they would send me the larger one bacl. I received the refurbished heater with no waranty in exchange on the day before the 6 months was up.

The heater carries s Three Year Limited Warranty,  Yet my heater was bought just three months ago an has no waranty.

Apparently this company has so many departments (?) that you can never get anyone who can help you.

TOne of the last people that I talked with was Jessica Winters. I have a copy of her ketter to me that says "Thank you again for shopping with us. Your satisfaction is our guarantee." But I won't be satisified untill I get what I paid for. I did not buy a refurbished heater with no waranty.
