Bitdender recently hit up my paypal account with a $50 "auto-renewal" on a purchase of $15 that had been made a year ago. There were no warnings, emails or notices about this supposed agreement, and customer service is virtually non-existent, refusing to resolve any matters over the phone.

All I could do over the phone was put in a request and wait 2 days for an email response - stating that while they acknowledge my request for a refund, the auto-renewal was set at the time of purchase (by them, not me), so there is nothing they can do.

It's all just a fine-print SCAM that ultimately takes advantage and makes use of information without consent. Terrible company.
