Biz Network Solutions Pro Advisors Did not fulfill contract

As a new small business owner, I had called to get help with my Quickbooks.  Thinking I got through to Quickbooks, in reality I got to Biz Network Solutions.  They offered to give me premium technically support plus 11 year subscription to Quickbooks and Quickbooks Payroll for $3179.98 (annually through Quickbooks it is $750 US).  This was a amazing deal, but also a lot of cash up front for my small business. 

For the years of 2015 - 2017, they would update and renew my subscriptions and did provide support when I needed it.  In 2017 they even refunded me $1200(took about 3 months and several phone calls) for a mix up of being charged by actual Quickbooks for a renewal.  Now in May 2018 their phone number has stopped working, and from reasding some other reports, this seems to be a scam.  While the other reports I read seem to have been worse than mine, I would still like to add it to scams.  Because I have talked with management with actual Quickbooks, and they said they had never heard of this company before and they are in no way shape or form related to Quickbooks.
