Do not buy anything from BJs.com . I ordered an item on May 22nd 11:30 pm and tried to cancel the item on May 23rd at 5pm ...Fedex picked up the item from BJs on May 24th at 8:30 pm and now BJs is saying that I have to pay for shipping even though I canceled the item BEFORE it was ever shipped. I now have to pay for shipping on an item I am not going to be getting because they NEVER canceled the item. I have canceled my membership with them and I will NEVER do business with them again. I was told by them that even though you cancel an order it does not necessarily mean it will be canceled.
