Herb Leaird is a liar.  He beat me out of a lot of money by way of lies and fraud.  He is dishonest..  He was the ceo of black river electric cooperative, inc. and i was a commercial customer of his.  He intentionally over charged me for over a year trying to collect an old bill owed by TLC Holdings, LLC who owned the business prior to my pruchasing it.  Don't trust Herb Leaird or C.H.
