This company beggars belief in the amount of time it takes to do anything.

I initially started work with them last year and they quoted me 2-3 months to get my project done. It eventually took them over a year to get a site which then needed improvements. In fairness the site is what I wanted.

During the time they were working on it, they simply did not reply to emails for weeks, and when they did it was merely to acknowledge your email.

It seems like they have about 3 people there in total working on about 100 projects.

I had 3 different account managers during this time.

They also get very pushy for the final payment, even when the site is not complete.

Their most extreme attempt at taking the mick was whe they wanted to charge me 300 to add Google Analytics - a job which would take 10 minutes at the most if you did it very slowly.

The latest is that I have asked for 2 simple things to be done which was agreed a while ago, and I haven't received a response and its been a month. And I have chased maybe twice a week in that time.

Simply put - you cannot consider this company if you want any sort of communication during the process, or if you want it done in any sort of half reasonable timeframe.

Its a shame, as their Sales Team really talk the talk and you feel good once you have spoken to them, but dont let them fool you.
