Blinko ripoff Italy Internet

I was listening to ringtones on the net. I went to a site called FLYCELL and put in a confirmation number in order to view ringtones.

I did not read carefully,I admit,that by texting back the confirmation number,that I would be charged for 15 "complimentary" ringtones" even if I didn't download anything.I thought I had aborted the process.
I got a text message the next day that made me realize what I had done. I called and asked that my "subscription" be stopped.

I tried unsuccessfully to ask for a refund for the service I had not even used yet altho they a) downloaded a tune to my phone I don't even recongnize and b) said I have 7 credits left out of the 15.(?)

I argued till I was blue in the face for a refund,but what was more frustrating is that when I went back to "blinko.com" I saw that I had never even been at that site and it was not on my history log.

I had been at Flycell but Blinko says that they don't work with that company
