Blitt And Gaines PC ripoff dishones fraudulent bill collection tactics Wheeling Illinois

This fraudulent company even though the are paying their fees to belong to NARCA they are frauds. They called about a credit card debt that they said I owed.

I received a letter delivered by local police and then I call them and asked for a written letter indicating what I owe and they could not reproduce it. Then I sent them money via money order or check only, they don't want to do a wire transfer bank to bank, so I sent payment. I have yet to see a receipt of what I paid and they want all money upfront, they call every day at all hours, yet not at work. I ask to speak to a Chris who is never in the office.

Now I get a letter sent regular mail. I think that they are working with office employees at a downtown law office making money on the side and this Stephanie Lindsay "Collection Manager" is probably a home rip-off business.

I want my money back since this is not even a legitamate debt! I filed bankrupcy a few years ago and everything was settled.

I will be launching a report to BBB on them.
