Blockbuster Online Blockbuster Online canceled my account - No refund. ripoff Internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Blockbuster Online canceled my account with a 24 hour warning. Calls to their customer support lines were useless. Finally I received an email from them that my account had indeed been canceled.
The problem is, I last paid my membership fee just over a week ago, and they are not going to give me a refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as I feel I am due a refund, since THEY canceled it.
