They took several months of fees from my credit card that I did not expect and didn't know I signed up for (if indeed I even did sign up for). I called to have it canceled and they offered to give me another month free. I was to call before the month was over to cancel if I still wanted to. I decided the information that cost me $39.99 in the first place that I thought was free, was not worth much at all, and called to cancel. I looked at my credit card statement at this time and found I had been charged AGAIN. I called and the lady said noone promised that, but still tried to talk me into another month of FREE service. It was the same lady that I talked to the first time and promised the first free month. She LIED LIED LIED. She said that the last month fee would be refunded. We will wait and see. She said within 14 days. Why can't they do it NOW?????
This company is not worth dealing with, not trustworthy, and offers very little for a LOT of money.
