Blooms Rewards is a DECEPTIVE program that entitles first time buyers of floral arrangements 50% off for subscribing. A fee is then automatically taken out of your bank account monthly.

I bought my niece a thirteenth birthday flower arrangement for about $30, and by the time I realized that Blooms Rewards was STEALING monthly from my account, I spent OVER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!
