I was charged $9.95 a month from Blooms Rewards and I don't know why. I just cancelled today. I would like my money back. I never used their services again and I never would. This is outrageous!

Blooms Rewards is a membership deal. It clearly states:

Sign up for Blooms Rewards for only $9.95 per month. As a member you'll receive up to $50.00 off your first order placed with Blooms Today. Get money-saving discounts plus exclusive member benefits of Blooms Rewards all available to you online. No books or discount cards needed just print your coupon and go. It's a special Reward that you can cancel anytime after the initial 7 days of joining the program if you are not 100% satisfied! In the event your monthly membership fee were to ever change, you would be notified before you are billed. Blooms Rewards benefits may be enhanced or modified at any time without prior notice. If at anytime you are not completely satisfied just visit our website at http://bloomstoday.com/BRpage/index.php and cancel your membership using your username. The user name is the email address provided at sign up. Or simply email us at services@bloomstoday.com. All your benefits and access will then be canceled. All the money you save is yours to keep!

Consent to receive electronic disclosures: Please read carefully and save or print a copy for your records. Blooms Rewards will communicate your benefit and other membership information to you, including payment authorization made by clicking Yes, by electronic communications, including email and electronic postings on our site. The entire site states all over it "member services" and "Join now". You just didn't read it. There is no possible way you could have NOT known it was a membership deal.
