I worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida since August 18, 2003.

While working I got diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and I asked my Director Adelaine J. Aroneck for accomodations (flexible time, less distracting work environment, etc...) in November which was forgot.

Then again in Dec 10, 2003 at which point she said that I was "Dumb and Retarded" because I had Bipolar this is coming from someone that said that I was very smart before she knew about my disability and next day I was fired just before Christmas.
