Blue Hawaiian Fiberglass Pools Buyer Beware ripoff Largo Florida

I contact the dealer R & R Fiberglass Pools in Zellwood Fl. early in December of 2004. A estimator arranged an appointment for weeks at that time. When the time came, he had to reschedule for 2 weeks afterwards. When that date came he informed me the dealer no longer service that area.

I contacted Blue Hawaiian Fiberglass Pools in Largo via email on their site. No reply was issued. I called a few weeks later and talked to Lee. He said they had received the email but had not gotten to it yet. He then said the closest dealer was R & R. I informed him they no longer serviced my area. He called them and found it was true. He then told me he contacted the east coast dealer and would let me know if they would sell me a pool.

I waited 4 days and called back. No one answered the phone at the 41 extention. I proceeded to call back and tried every extension on their company greeting. No one picked up. I then called back and randomedly selected different unlisted extensions until someone answered and forwarded me to Lee's extension.

I asked him if someone would sell me a pool and he said he still didn't know. I then told him I dialed every extension and no one ever picked up. He laughed! I asked him how could they be making money and he hung up on me.

Luckily I found out how much they care about their customers before I purchased a product from them. I would certainly be careful in dealing with this company.
