I received a catalog from Blue Mountain, and I saw a special dog collar made to help stop a dog from barking a lot. I figured, why not give it a try, everything else I've tried seemed to fail. So, I ordered one, back in July of 2006. Thought it may not be bad for $20.00, if it worked. Several attempts made to contact the company have turned up no results at all.
