Blue Mountain Catalog Takes your money but doesn't send the merchandise - uses a phony contest to get you to order from their catalog ripoff Abingdon Virginia

I mailed an order to Blue Mountain Catalog on 9/20/06 for the amount of $31.95 and never received the merchandise. I called them on 11/9/06 and was told to send a copy of my cancelled check to the attention of Brandy and my money would be refunded. I also told Brandy that I sent in a winning ticket that was allegedly worth $50,000 and that she might want to report this to her upper management in case there was inside stealing going on. I mailed a copy of my cancelled check on 11/10/06 and never heard from Blue Mountain.

I attempted to call several times and the phone is either busy or if I do get thru, I get a recording saying to enter a security code. It appears that they have caller ID listing all of the people who they have ripped off. I made the mistake of paying by check since it was a small amount. If I had used a credit card, I could have disputed it with my bank and got my money back. I am just worried about all of the other people who mailed in much larger orders to this company and they will never see the merchandise. This company needs to be put in Jail and put out of business.
