Blue Mountain Catalog ripoff Takes money and doesn't send merchandise Abingdon Virginia

Blue Mountain Catalog customers are mostly 50 years old or older. My father sent an order to them on 9/19/06. They cashed his check 9/27/06. As of today he still has not received the merchandise paid for OR a refund. They sent him only 1 item that was worth $5. The order was for over $100. It's impossible to get thru on the phone to them. There is no customer service to help apparently. And today I called them again, which I do often, but the phone number wasn't even valid anymore. I saw on another website where they are trying to sell their customer list to the catalog now. How dishonest. I will be filing a report with the BBB and also seeing if the Post Master General can help since this company is using the mail for its fraud. It sickens me to think how they are preying on senior citizens and others that are may be housebound.
