Blue Tax SCAM Los Angeles, California

I contacted Blue Tax to prevent a tax lien and avoid further collections - their TV commercial made them seem legit. I was assured that my case would be handled professionally and timely. I paid the money they requested up front and fell into a black hole. I repeatedly contacted them and was told that my case was being worked on. They refused to respond to emails (go figure; paper trail) .

The lien was placed and when I contacted the IRS they told me I should never have given Blue Tax a dime and that they hear time and time again that desparate people are taken advantage of by this company and rarely are cases ever resolved by them. They promise to help you, take whatever money you have, then leave you hanging. I tried to get my money back but I was told it was "my fault" that my case was closed and left unresolved. This company is nothing but a scam.
