bluegreen corp mountainloft resorts 7 mountainloft resort timeshare sinc 1997 we have had a townhouse timeshare that they have colllected yearly maintance fees for with no real changes or updates to our personal unit. I have had to force them to clean the carpets they were so bad. now I get a bill for almost double at the tune of $1700. for 1 year and no explanation. I called and a very young girl who knows little says that was the assesment fee but I still have no idea what was done. they are crooks designed to get your money when that fails they hook you through maintance fees. Mountain loft resort is the main resort we bought in 1997 a townhouse.  Time share is used by us yearly. They consistantly try to get you to buy more. High pressured sales,  nasty when You walk away without giving them more of your money, they try to intimate you ..  We have not had anything done to our townhouse worth mentioning. And yet we pay yearly maintance fees for one week $950. a year for what we don't know the beds are bad when you complain they pass you around and do nothing blue green will not even allow for a complaint they are the main owners of this resort. They are like common criminals, the way they find to get more of your money.  Many have walked away.    We have kept our end of the bargain through it all. However now they have nearly doubled this years maintance feesover $1700 This is insanity. If they can't get your money legally they will go for underhanded. Surely there are laws were they must disclose where all this money has gone and is going. They have forced many to walk away. There are many, many scammers waiting, calling to get more of your money under the guize of selling your timeshare. They claim they can do all kinds of great things to get you out of your burden (the timeshare industry). Where is my proof that these people are maintaing anything I don't have any and they continue to play this game at our expence.     Where is help for the consumer in this very crooked timeshare industry??
