Bluegreen Vacation Club Used deception, lies, and mis-lead us during the sales pitch Boca Raton Florida

We joined Bluegreen two years ago based two main sales pitches we were given during the initial sales meeting.

Pitch one: We were told we could exchange our points for vacations anywhere Bluegreen does not have resorts including Disney resorts. This is impossible. Though technically true, getting any availability on Disney property is not going to happen.

Pitch two: We were promised that we could stay at any Bluegreen resort anytime on "Bonus Time" which gives Bluegreen members access to their resorts for up to three days at a low daily rate. This worked two times during the first year of our membership but has since become impossible to get.

After our owner update today, we found out two new surprising facts about our annual points. Not all of them can be used in all seasons and neither can they be rolled over indefinitely. Neither of these little facts were explained to use during our contract signing meeting.

We are completely disenchanted with Bluegreen and regret ever joining this deceptive, dishonest, and unscrupulous company. They actual told us that in order solve these problems we would have to buy more points. Fat chance, I wouldn't give these people another dime of my money and I advise anyone else to stay clear of them as well.
