BML Marketing - Timeshare Solutions Scammed $700 by rep Frank Fantan to resale timeshare - guaranteed sale w/in 2 mos - still waiting for a call for 1.5 years now Ormond Beach FLorida

Frank Fantain from BML Marketing told me the company markets timeshare by inviting guest to timeshare promotions. The $700 fee I paid is to cover the cost for prizes they offer to guests to attend the promotions. Since I am familiar with how these promotions work, I thought there was some truth to what he told me. Also, other timeshare companies did not offer the promotions.

After paying the fee, a week later I received a packet via certified mail. The packet basically included non-professional printouts of various web sites posting my timeshare for sale. I immediately contacted Frank that the packet never mentions anything about the promotions. He claimed he does presentations at the promos.

After a year, I called Frank to get a status. Each time I called, he was either busy with a client or his PC was down. Also he never returned several VM I left.

Last time I spoke with him, his pc was down again and he recalled there was a buyer but they had bad credit so their load was rejected. He asked i call customer service. I called the next day and the lady claimed the same.

He guaranteed he could sell my timeshare within 6 mos and no more than a year. It has been over 1.5 years now and have yet to hear from them.

Also, Frank claimed the BML Marketing is accreditted with BBB. Not TRUE based on BBB of FL.
