I purchased a 6 piece sheet set ,  The Refael 6 piece sheet set. .  for 29.99 plus shipping.    Supposed Egyptian cotton,  fitted sheet, flat sheet and four standard pillowcases in a Twin size.    The ad in no way stated any other combination.  While I understand you get what you pay for,  I expect to get what is advertised.

When I received the set,  the label cards inside stated flat sheet, fitted sheet, and 4 standard pillowcases for Twin size. 

When opened,  the set only contained 2 pillowcases,  it is not cotton but polyester microfiber.

When contacted, the customer service rep stated that only 2 cases are included with twin size sets,  and treated me like I was mentally deficient,  I advised of the ad wording and the labels,  and sent copies of said pieces to them,

The issue was ignored for a week, and when I asked for an update, I received the same story,  no sign that anyone had even looked at the documentation,  and given a too bad so sad response from multiple people in the company    

I have yet to receive any intelligent communication from this company nor any attempt at resolution.
