Boat N RV Misrepresentation of product, Threatened, Failed to follow through. Ridgeland South Carolina

I finalized and picked up a camping trailer from Boat N Rv, the day after Thanksgiving 2015. My bill of sale, all email and text correspondence stated that I was purchasing a 29 ft trailer. I believed the salesman when he told me the same. When I returned home nearly 3 hours away, I was trying to find information on the trailer when to my shocking surprise, I discovered a plate on the side which state that the trailer was not 29 ft as I was told and as the sales agreement stated, but was instead 26 ft. I felt mislead and targeted as a military member without prior camper experiences. I had no idea that this would lead to further issues. It is now March 12 2016. I still do not have the registration or plates that the sales agreement stated I would be sent. I call the dealership, I'm transferred or placed on hold. Subsequently, if I am fortunate enough to get a voice mail left, no one returns my calls. I was sent a second temporary plate, however this one is now expired as was the first. I have had weeks where the unit was unusable since it is not plated and I do not have a registration. All that I have is a bill of sale for a trailer that is not the same as the one that I was sold. I can provide all email, texts, and documents provided by the dealership to substantiate my claims. I also can provide names of any and all Boat N RV personnel that were involved with the sale and after.

This is a shady business at best. There were several other things that they did which were questionable, to include threatening to keep my deposit if I didnt take the trailer. They never informed me that the generator didnt work, that the onboard fueling station did not work, or that the stereo didnt work. Additionally, there were soft areas in the floor in the storage compartments. When I brought these issues up I was told that I could purchase a generator cheap and that I could put plated steel over the soft floors, and (I wouldnt even know it was there.

THey do not value customers, they target military personnel, and they will rip you off if given the opportunity.
