This completely unprofessional "personal training" organization was a little too into the "personal" aspect. I faced several incidences of inappropriate comments and sexually-driven inuendo from the head trainer.

In addition, my assigned trainer was unaware of my fitness goals, did not have a contrived plan to help me reach my goals, cancelled appointments at least 3 times, and as a result I did not progress towards any goal, but regressed. I was also denied the nutritional service as promised in the contractual agreement. The nutritional consultation was cancelled twice; once because the person who was to provide the consultation was celebrating his birthday that night and decided he could not accomodate me.

The company's representatives were attitudinal, uncooperative, and have not offered me a reasonable resolution to the issues I encountered. After conducting their own internal investigation (as if that could be objective), they maintain their innocence of all allegations, basically stating that I should give it another chance. They continue to charge me for this service after I have written letters of complaint and conversed with several company representatives.

Now, they've reported delinquency on my credit report, completely destroying my credit score. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are not good for it. They will crush your motivation, discredit personal trainers altogether, take your money, default on the agreement, ignore your complaints, ruin your credit, and get away with it. My report on their ruthlessness is one of many.
