BodyFitPro scammed me too. Internet

In May 2007 I agreed to try a free bottle of the product for the cost of shipping & handling. I saw the charge for $4.97 on my June bank statement and received my free bottle. So I thought. Then the next month another charge on my bank statement for $99.61. I called them and the informed me that it was a subscription for a three month supply. I agreed to receive the other two bottles. Another month goes by, not product. I called again, this time waiting close to 30 minutes on hold. Finally spoke with someone who told me that somehow the order for shipment was cancelled. The lady told me she would reschedule the shipment and include an additional bottle for the inconvienance. Another month as gone by, still no product. Now I cant even reach them by phone, it just rings a busy tone, morning, noon & night. I even see they have removed the website. They should not be allowed to get away with this, and I am going to do everything that I can to see that justice is served. I am going to start by contacting that guy on the news who investigates business that scam people & I am also going to write Ophra and see if she is aware of the scam that is going on, in which her name is being used to promote the product. Lets she what SHE thinks about this one!
