Bogman Inc. Mortage Scam/Fraud Internet, Internet

 So I have been residing in my home since 2001. My mother bought the house in the year 2001, she passed away in October of 2001. I have tried to continuously contact Bogman Inc. to tell that she is deceased and no one has returned my call. At first my mortage was 379.00, that was with the insurance and the property taxes. Then they stopped paying the property taxes without notification and raised the mortage to 426.00 without my notification.   

 Then I received post mark stamps to send the mortage to a P.O. Box in Baltimore, MD and I found this very puzzling. I was trying to call Bogman to tell them about my mom being deceased, the property taxes not being paid from the mortage because that was listed in the deed, also about sending the mortage to a P.O. Box when it was supposed to be sent to Bogman Inc. in Silver Springs, MD.

When I finally got in contact with them, they totally blew me off saying that I would need a power of attorney for my mother's estate. I told them my mother does not have an estate but a house, she died right after she purchased the home.

 She hadn't written out a will, her death was not planned out she died suddenly so I told them repetitiously that there's no way I could get a power of attorney. They sent a letter of negotitation, but no one would negotiate anything or talk to me. 

In May they sent the Preservation service of Bogman Inc. to my home because Bogman told them that my home was vacant, and it is far from vacant. How am I going to save my home  for me and my four children when no one is willing to help me save it! This company needs to go down!!!
