Bogman Inc Presidential Bank Fraudulent mortgage loans Silver Spring, Maryland

On January 25 2007 I visited and newly renovated housing development in Frederick, MD. I drop on and chatted with the LONG & Foster realtor and he informed that we could buy as opposed to renting. They wrote a contract to rent to purchase after pulling my credit. The realtor told me that I had to use the finance company that they work with which is Presidential Bank FSB located in Bethesda, MD. The loan officer for this bank is Mark Wharton. I touched basis with the realtor and the loan officer. Because I had signed agreement to rent with purchase option they waited until the last day of the lease to settle this deal. At that point I had to either settle or move. Upon arriving at settlement I discovered an increase of 1.38 percent over what was promised on the loan application. The real crime is that my income was falsely stated by over $6000.00 dollars over what my W2 earnings where for that year. In addition to these two federal violations and acts of fraud a certified forensic audit uncovered 10 more federal violations. Upon addressing these violations with the mortgage lender Community Development Financial located in Crownsville, MD the auditor and legal team were referred to the loan servicer Bogman Inc. I am three month behind on my loan and have been warned by legal council that Bogman Inc / Community Development Financial will try delay tactics in an attempt to cover up the violations of federal laws so expensive that I will not be able to remain in the property. This is done by filing foreclosure in multiple courts, requesting continuation, borrower intimidation tactics, scare tactics and harassment calls and letters. This is a very time intensive venture and requires resolve and perseverance.
