Boilsoft issued license codes that did not work and never replied to any emails. Internet

I purchased the following four software products from Boilsoft 1 week ago:
Boilsoft DVD Ripper
Boilsoft 3GP/iPod/PSP/MP4 Converter
Boilsoft Video Splitter
Boilsoft Video Joiner

I promptly received an automated email from them providing 4 separate licence codes for the above programs.

I entered each code in turn to activate the software but only 1 code worked for the Video Joiner program. All other codes failed indicating the licence codes were invalid.

I swiftly contacted Boilsoft to attempt to resolve the issue but got no reply. I continued to contact them throughout the week as I was unable to use the software I had paid for. I never got a single reply from anyone at Boilsoft all week.

I accessed their site and used their lost key facility to try to get valid codes by entering the email address I had used to originally place the order. It also failed reporting my email address was recognised!

In total the four programs cost 62.92 UK pounds and only 1 of the programs actually works. The others are completely useless as they do not function properly without licence codes.

I am hugely disappointed with this company which had received many top reviews by video enthusiasts.

I too work in the software business and I am stunned by the total lack of replies from this company, regardless of whatever problems they may be facing.

I can only suggest one thing - avoid Boilsoft like the plague.
