I joined the BOMC last year. Since then they kept sending me books that I DID NOT order! I sent all of the packages back with return to send. I received a letter from AlliedInterstate saying I own BOMC 36.98 delinquent amount plus 52.14 contact amount. I spoke to their customer service today, they said they didn't received one package and they said they sent 3 notices which I didn't received. Now they reported it to collector for this. This company is cheating.
