Takhar Group Children's - BOMC False Report Claiming I purchased something I did not Internet

I have been getting phone calls stating that they are attempting to collect a debt for something I did not purchase on behalf of Childrens BOMC.  They are stating that back in 2007 I purchased into the book of the month club by purchasing 4 books at $4.00 each and paying them 16.00 up front leaving a committment and balnce oqwing them 72.63.  I stated over and over that I did not purchase into this and if they have where I paid, please present to me a copy of the payment, the books purchased.  They stated that due to confidentiality they cannot tell me how the payment was made but they have researched this for the client thouroughly before they attempt to collect a debt.  I then asked them, where were the books shipped to and received and they spouted off my current PO BOx address which I only obtained March of 2009 in the state of VA where I had moved to in March 2009.  I was not present in this state and at such an address they were stating the books were shipped.  Also, I stated that in 2007 I know I did not receive any books from this said company and they could only tell me that if I paid the amount at that time, they would send me a voucher and a catalog so I can pick out the books I would like.  Doesn't that sound funny?  I once again told them to show me proof of the order, the books received, names/titles, etc.  Due to conf. they could not but harassed me to pay this bill or they will ruin my credit for 7 years.  Once again, I DID NOT MAKE SUCH PURCHASE.  I had to even go to the point that I did not have mychildren until 2008 (we adopted 3) and had only subscribed through the school which payment was P.I.F. before ordering with Highlights Magazine, NOT Childrens BOMC.  This is a false report and they are harassing my home by calling and hanging up each time.  I had to call the nuber back just to find out why they were harassing me for something I did not purchase and did not receive and will not pay.
