Bongo International Bongo bongous Horrible company! Carson CA and St Petersburg FL CA and FL

Where to start?  I will try to keep many fine details out and just give you a bulk of it but this company Bongo is a joke.  We used them 4 times to ship internatiionaly some merchandise for us and all 4 times there were issues.  3 out of 4 there were huge, major, serious issues.  As a matter of fact one of those issuse is still going on and it has been over 30 days and the items are still sitting around waiting to ship. You see, when shipping internationly, there is paper work that needs to be filled out.  Certain merchandise requires certain paper work.  We are not familiar with this which is one reason we chose Bongo to do this for us.  Other reason we heard they can save us money in shippping costs ( not true as they charge you per box but then consolodate those boxes into a larger box but charge you the higher rate).. anyway back to my point about paper work.  Bongo did not fill out the paper work for the shipment to leave the country so it just sits there.. Fedex called me weeks later saying that they have been trying to contact Bongo but bongo does not get back to them... so my merchandise just sits in a warehosue for weeks and to date I have no idea what is going on with it.... Which brings me to their customer support....

Bongos customer support is straight out of the 1990's.  it stinks.  First, instead of clicking a link for support, you have to click and type a number of things, like going through a maze..... here is how it works, you first click "customer support".  That brings you to a text field where you have to enter what you are looking for.  To find the customer support phone number or email link you need to type in "customer service".  After you type this in a page comes up where you now finally see a phone number and a link to click  if you want to email them.  Now I have been running websites since 1991 and we always put ourt phone number at the top fo the home page.   so back to Bongos email support... you click the link for email and are brought to a form that asks you to type your question in but your question must be long enough or the form will not submit.. so now that your form quesiton is OK and you type your questions nad information you wich you think that is all but no, it gets worse.... you have no way to CC yourself so they can deny you asked anything and made mention of anything, and they do that.... Now you recieve a reply in the email but have a follow up question or have to ask the same question again becausee it was not anaswered at all so you simply go to reply but you cant.. you have to start all over again becaeu you cant reply to their email.  now I ahve seen this before but in other businesses, you can find your "case" and reply to it... not with Bongo, Yo have to start all over again andf fill out a new form. explainging your original quesiton again, and their follow up email info...  so old fashion...

 bottom line, horrible service, as they dont fill out internatoinal papers and I would assume if they do they would not be right to to lack of experince and secondly their customer service stinks, horrible, they blammed me for everything but as their cusotmer I have no option to fill out paper work for customs.  all they ask for is shipping adddress and my credit card info.... the rest is their responsiblity, which they deny...

 Please do not use these people, 4 international shipments, 4 problems, 3 of them major, one I have been waiting over a month for them to ship...do not use Bongo
